How do I order?
Under each item there is an "add to cart" button. Simply click on it and your items will be added to your cart.
You can view the items you have added by clicking the "view my cart" button at the top right side of the page.

How can I pay for my item(s)?

You can choose between checking out with your Paypal account, or with a debit/credit card.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all states within Australia and to most international destinations.
Can we pick up the order in person?
Sorry we do not offer pick up services.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Do you offer exchange or returns?
We are currently not offering exchanges or returns on items purchased, therefore sales are all final. We are sorry if this causes any inconvenience to you.

What currency are prices listed in?
All prices listed are in Australian Dollars.
Are products new or used?
Unless stated all products are in brand new condition.
Are the products all handmade by you?
Petrisa branded products are all handmade by me unless specified.
Do you own a boutique and can we purchase the items there?
Unfortunately I don't have a boutique so currently you can only purchase Petrisa items online.
How often do you post up new items?
This really depends on my workload, because I am currently still in university I am unable to regularly make items as I wish to.
However I will try my best to keep the shop updated.
Do you sell wholesale?
Some of the items I sell are one off so I won't be able to wholesale on those items. However if you are after something that isn't an one off item, I am happy to work something out with you, so please leave me an email about it.
